Unionville Home Refresh

LOCATION: Unionville

OVERVIEW: This project was a full scale main floor renovation. The main floor was completely refreshed allowing us to relocate electrical work and build the layout for the new design. Load bearing walls were replaced with beams – enabling the size of the kitchen to be doubled. Original flooring consisted of tile, hardwood and linoleum. All flooring was replaced except the hardwood which was sanded down and stained. A bay window was closed in and the window over the kitchen sink was made larger.

FEATURES: Custom made kitchen cabinets, solid wood trim installed throughout.
